How it works
Not a recipe database. A kitchen assistant that knows what is in your fridge, how many people are eating, and what you said you cannot eat.
Photograph the shelves. SpoonDrop reads what is in there and ranks recipes by how little you would still have to buy — not by how popular they are.
Share an Instagram post into SpoonDrop and it reads the caption, the text on screen and what the cook says out loud — then writes the recipe down. Screenshots and photographs of a cookbook page work too.
Tell it who lives with you once. Every quantity scales — a child counts as half a portion — and the shopping list adds up across the whole week instead of per recipe.
Full-screen steps with timers where the recipe needs them, so the phone stops being something you keep unlocking with wet hands.
Honest by default
Nutrition figures worked out by a model are labelled as estimates wherever they appear — a badge on the recipe, a tilde on the card. Anything not labelled came from the person who wrote the recipe. You are deciding what to eat; you should know which is which.
Allergy warnings show, they never silently hide a recipe. And a recipe you import stays in your own cookbook — private, yours, and never republished under someone else's name.

Renews automatically until you cancel, which you do in your iPhone's Settings, not by writing to us. No introductory price that quietly doubles after a year — this is the price.
Recipes sold by creators are not included in Premium. Those are theirs, and 75% of what you pay for one goes to the person who wrote it.
